About Brody...

Brody was born on December 31, 2011 in Mooresville, NC at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center to his loving parents Jay and Amy Thompson. His big brothers were Dylan and Trevor. Although they loved to aggravate each other, there was nothing like watching them play. Their love could be seen by all.

Brody was a complete ray of sunshine to all whom he met. There was never a person big or small that didn’t witness his glowing smile and contagious laughter. Our entire family has been truly blessed to have this extraordinary little angel in our lives for two and half short years.

He was brought into this world as a special prayer. He was able to lift so many people with his beautiful aura. His presence was always felt, regardless of his size. You could tell that he was loved and he had a lot of love to give. There was never a booboo that wasn’t kissed and a hug that was missed. He never ever wanted for anything. Our love for him was in abundance.

Brody’s true loves were his two big brothers. He loved them more than anything in this entire world. They shared the love only brothers would know. He loved Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Mickey Mouse. He took every opportunity to play outside, jump on the trampoline with his brothers and play on his little play set. He was amazed by watching and playing with his neighborhood friends. He was the best little helper; he always helped his Mommy water the flowers and our little garden. His favorite foods were pizza, crazy bread, triscuits, wheat thins, Pringle Chips, Reese Cups and his absolute favorite candy was M&M's. But most of all, he loved eating “ties” (French Fries) in the car with his cup of “POP POP”. “Choc” (Chocolate Milk) was his favorite bed time drink where he snuggled with his mommy. They would fall asleep just after her kiss and a “goodnight baby, mommy loves you” every single night of his life. He woke up smiling with a “Hey Dadda” and went to bed with a “Night Momma”. He always knew what to say or do to bring a smile or an overwhelming burst of love into the hearts of the lucky people around him. There has never been a child that was so adored by so many. His angelic face always drew you in.

He has been everything to so many people. Our little Bro-Man will be missed by all that were lucky enough to experience his presence in this world.
